We believe all customers, regardless of the size of your purchase should receive high quality service. We at Nelico Equipment understand that sometimes a product is defective when it arrives and will need to be returned. We will gladly take these items in return. Please understand that in order for us to remain in business you extend the same gratitude. This will require a level amount of fairness on your part. Incomplete, used returns, and specialty ordered items have and will continue to increase our cost. Therefore we have adopted the below return policies.

Our website estimates the freight. Due to the size and shape of some of our products this estimate may be low. Therefore, actual shipping costs may vary slightly.

All exchanges:

• Must be authorized by Nelico Equipment before return. Call us at 307-234-7855. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
• Must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
• Engines are not returnable.
• Special order items (Items we do not normally keep in stock due to low demand), engines, short blocks, decks, accessories, etc., are not returnable. As an industry standard we can not accept any returned electrical merchandise. We also can not accept returns of gaskets, seals, filters, and electrical items. Please call for authorization.
• Merchandise items must be in new condition, within its undamaged original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
• Special order items, items we do not normally keep in stock due to low demand (if you have any questions on this please contact us before placing your order), may not be returnable. Please call for authorization.
• Returns are only accepted for exchange.
• Orders can not be canceled by e-mail.
